MIS Executive (Night Shift – 7 PM to 4 AM IST)
Job Opening: MIS Executive (Night Shift – 7 PM to 4 AM IST) Location: Remote (India-based) Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST Experience: 2–4 years preferred Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience preparing management reports and handling data-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards
- Analyze data to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Automate recurring reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools
- Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership teams
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams via email and virtual meetings
- Identify data gaps, clean data, and recommend improvements
- Respond to email inquiries promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- 2+ years of MIS/reporting experience (healthcare, BPO, or SaaS industries a plus)
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros preferred)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Comfortable working night shift (7 PM – 4 AM IST)
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, Data Analytics, or related field
- Prior experience supporting US-based clients or healthcare/insurance operations
