Walmart Order Manager- Dropshipping (RVA)
Job Title: Walmart Order Manager (Dropshipping Business) Location: Remote (Preferably based in the Philippines) Hours: ? Start with 20 hours per week (with potential to increase to full-time) ? Work hours aligned with EST (Eastern Standard Time) ? About the Role: We are seeking a Walmart Order Manager to help manage and grow our Walmart dropshipping business. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing orders on Walmart?s platform, strong skills in Excel, and a keen eye for product profitability, pricing, and stock management. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, sourcing profitable products, and maintaining accurate inventory and margins. Responsibilities: ? Process customer orders: purchase products from selected retailers and fulfill buyers' orders on Walmart. ? Monitor and manage stock availability, ensuring products are always available for sale. ? Maintain and update product pricing to ensure healthy profit margins. ? Search and list profitable products based on market demand and competitive research. ? Track, update, and organize order records using Excel and internal tools. ? Communicate with suppliers/retailers if any order issues arise. ? Regularly check for price changes, stock updates, and adjust listings accordingly. ? Provide daily or weekly reports regarding orders, profits, inventory, and tasks completed. ? Experience managing Walmart orders (mandatory). ? Strong skills in Excel for inventory tracking, profit calculation, and reporting. ? Knowledge of dropshipping operations, especially for the Walmart marketplace. ? Ability to manage profit margins and pricing strategies. ? Strong research skills for finding high-demand, profitable products. ? Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. ? Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal). ? Must be reliable and able to work EST hours. ? Preferably male candidate from the Philippines. Preferred Skills: ? Experience with Walmart Seller Center and common retail sourcing sites. ? Knowledge of automation tools or programs used for Walmart dropshipping (a plus, but not required). Apply Job!
