What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information about tire services and automotive products.
- Assist customers with appointment scheduling, order tracking, and service recommendations.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, seeking to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and feedback to improve service delivery and assist in training.

What Is Required (Qualifications)
