Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing clients with expert advice on insurance products, helping them to assess their needs, and guiding them through the selection process. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to negotiate effectively. As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in building long-term relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Duties

• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex insurance concepts in an understandable manner.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies on behalf of clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the client base.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and products to provide informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to facilitate the application process for clients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or outside sales environments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Proficient in analyzing data to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
• Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing your commitment to client satisfaction.
• Life Insurance License required, or willing to obtain
