About the position We are seeking a reliable virtual administrative assistant to support a public figure working within the Varian medical system. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from wherever you prefer, with communication primarily conducted via email and occasional text messages. The role is predominantly administrative in nature, focusing on tasks that require attention to detail and organizational skills rather than creative input. The ideal candidate must be available to work on weekends, as the primary responsibilities will be concentrated during this time. The main job responsibilities include compiling and emailing Instagram post comments and posting replies. You will be responsible for managing weekend postings to Instagram and TikTok, with all content provided, meaning that graphic design skills are not necessary. In addition to social media management, the role encompasses miscellaneous virtual assistance tasks such as handling administrative duties, making phone calls, conducting online shopping, and performing research as needed. This position offers a flexible schedule, with an expected commitment of approximately 10 hours per week, primarily on weekends.

Responsibilities
