Key Responsibilities: • Provide virtual counseling and support services to students dealing with emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to address student needs. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to create a supportive educational environment. • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify students’ needs and track progress. • Facilitate virtual group sessions and workshops on topics such as stress management, social skills, and conflict resolution. • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress. • Stay current with best practices and regulations in school social work and virtual learning environments. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. • Current Pennsylvania licensure as a School Social Worker. • Previous experience in a school setting or with children and adolescents preferred. • Proficiency with virtual communication tools and platforms. • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
