About the Role

As a Sales Associate at our mobile retail locations, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to support daily retail and warehouse operations. This role requires equestrian experience and offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable industry knowledge while growing with our dynamic company. Key Responsibilities • Travel to and work at top-rated horse shows across the nation • Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients • Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store organization • Receive, stock, and manage inventory to minimize shrink • Process sales transactions, cash handling, and reconciliation • Perform local deliveries as needed • Support store activities, promotions, and special projects Qualifications • Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license • Equine industry knowledge is required • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods • Strong communication and customer service skills • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook) • Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player Preferred Experience (a Plus, but Not Required) • Background in Hunter/Jumper, Dressage, Polo, or Racing • Previous retail experience, including inventory tracking and cycle counts • Familiarity with NetSuite software • Vet techs, recent grads, grooms, or tack store associates are strongly encouraged to apply Job Type • Full-time • Travel required If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity to be immersed in the equestrian industry while developing your sales and retail skills, we’d love to hear from you!
