Work Schedule: Full-time position with regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for special events and programs. Job Responsibilities: ? Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs. ? Provide counseling and support to individuals and families facing various challenges. ? Provide individual and group counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches. ? Develop and implement service plans that address clients' goals and objectives. ? Advocate for clients' rights, access to resources, and social justice issues. ? Contribute to program development, evaluation, and grant reporting. ? Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance services. ? Participate in team meetings, training, and community outreach activities. Requirements: ? Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. ? Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). ? Experience in a nonprofit organization or similar setting is preferred. ? Knowledge of social justice, advocacy, trauma-informed care, and community resources. ?
