Oversee the execution of programs and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they are aligned with program goals and objectives. Conduct regular program reviews and identify areas for improvement to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards throughout the program lifecycle. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful program delivery. Monitor program progress and report on key performance indicators to senior management. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the success of the program. Develop and manage program budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve program management processes. Collaborate with business development teams to identify new program opportunities and develop proposals. Mentor and train junior team members to build a high-performing and cohesive team.
