Job Description: Senior Locksmith Position: Senior Locksmith Location: Phoenix AZ Hourly Rate: $39-40/hour + commissions, spiffs, and bonuses Schedule: Normal hours 8 AM - 5 PM; on-call rotation on weekdays and weekends About Us: We pride ourselves on providing top-notch locksmith services to our commercial clients. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Locksmith to join our team. If you have a passion for helping people and a commitment to integrity and honesty, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Perform locksmith services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial locking systems. Respond to service calls during normal business hours. Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory used. Mentor and assist junior locksmiths as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a commercial locksmith. Excellent driving record and valid driver's license. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. High level of integrity and honesty in all dealings. Passion for helping people and providing exceptional service. Ability to be on-call during assigned rotations (weekdays from 5 PM to 8 AM and select weekends). Benefits: Competitive hourly rate with additional commissions and bonuses.
