Senior Analyst, Contracts (Hybrid possible)

Date Posted: 2021-12-09-08:00 Country: United States of America Location: HNY02: Engine Comp (Power) - Rome 104 Otis Street, Rome, NY, 13440 USA The Senior Analyst, Contracts will be the face of our organization, interacting with internal and external customers on a daily basis to provide excellent customer service. You will advise and represent the organization in contractual matters. You will also be responsible for the execution of contracts, from award to closeout, and writing contractual documents as needed. The Ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, have experience in a high volume, highly transactional environment, able to balance multiple tasks, and take initiative to resolve issues. Primary Responsibilities: ? Responsible for all facets of contract administration on military programs. ? Receipt, review, and processing of customer solicitations/RFPs ? Proposal preparation; review and negotiation of contract terms and conditions ? Lead and manage negotiations on proposals ? Preparation of contract documents including non-disclosure agreements inter-entity work agreements, order reviews and acknowledgments ? Order entry ? Flow down of contract requirements to internal stakeholders ? Change management, identification of contract and business risk ? Audit support; and contract close out as well as company initiatives including CORE, standard work and business financial goals ? Willingness to work nonstandard hours ? Manage small projects Basic Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR ? In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required ? Must be a U.S. Citizen ? Must have basic contracts knowledge and experience Preferred Qualifications: ? Knowledge and understanding of commercial & government contracts ? ERP, SAP preferred ? MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ? Contract review and analysis ?
