Provider Data Representative - Cigna Healthcare - Hybrid

This position is accountable for all functions of the provider contracting process to assure that providers meet the health plan's requirements for participation as a contracted participant. Processes provider applications and agreements. May assist in the implementation of procedures and activities related to the data management and ongoing maintenance of network provider records. Ensures adherence to set standards through compliance with established policies and procedures. Maintains provider profiling system and communicates with providers by phone and mail regarding their applications and demographic/contracting information. Qualifications: ? Associate Degree or equivalent work experience ? Minimum of one year healthcare related experience ? Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Computer literate in Microsoft Office products. ? Strong keyboard and data entry skills ? Some credentialing experience a plus If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
