Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working in the plant, pouring, casting, and finishing concrete panels. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to perform manual labor tasks effectively. Responsibilities ? Pour, cast, and finish concrete panels in the plant. ? Strip concrete once it is cured. ? Clean the form once it is cured and moved out to the yard. Essential Skills ? Prior experience in concrete, manual labor, or landscaping. ? Ability to lift 75+ lbs when needed. ? Willingness to work overtime and weekends. ? Capability to lift, bend, and climb repeatedly. Additional Skills & Qualifications ? Yard experience is helpful but not mandatory. ? Prior pouring experience is preferred. ? Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Why Work Here? Work Environment
You will be working in a large, open plant that can be cold in the winter and hot in the summer. The environment is very dirty and can be wet at times. The plant is located on top of a mountain, making temperatures typically colder than surrounding areas and exposed to wind. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.48 - $20.98/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
