Job Description: Hopewell In-Home Senior Care is a licensed home health agency. These are just some of the tasks you will be assigned: ? Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) ? Assistance with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) ? Socialization and companionship ? Transportation (if needed) and errands ? Light housekeeping Each patient has a Plan of Care, made by our Registered Nurses specifically for each individual client, allowing you and your patient to decide how/when each tasks gets done! Requirements: ? Ability to pass a level II background check and work-related references ? In-person CPR certification ? Reliable transportation with a willingness to travel within the surrounding areas ? Driving License with a Valid Auto Insurance Card ? Cell Phone with Reliable Service Job Benefits: ?
