Maintain a positive attitude, where a smile is a part of the uniform ? Engage guests in polite, friendly conversation, providing them with information about our membership offerings and their benefits ? Work with fellow team members to keep the site clean and organized ? Become a subject matter expert on wash methods, safety, inspection, and maintenance, and apply that knowledge daily All our crew members need to meet the following requirements: ? A sociable personality with a desire to work as part of a team serving the public ? Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning ?
