Fid? is currently seeking an Interventional Rad Tech with one year of experience for a 13-week contract in Bronx, NY. Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 1+ years of current Interventional Radiology Tech experience. Secondarily have knowledge in CT preferred. 1 year Experience using angiographic equipment, balloon angioplasty and stenting Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission: ? Current valid license as a radiologic technologist issued by the NYSDOH ? Interventional Radiography Certification issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required ? Perform interventional radiology procedures using advanced medical imaging techniques such as CT and X-Ray. ? Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques. ? Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and provide accurate imaging results. ? Maintain and operate imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with ARRT and X-Ray certification standards. ? Supervise and train junior staff in imaging protocols and emergency procedures, including ACLS and BLS certifications.
