Google Sheets Data Analyst (Tucson - Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are looking for a Google Sheets Data Analyst to oversee, analyze, and enhance data workflows within our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Google Sheets, with expertise in pivot tables, advanced formulas, and automation. This part-time role requires a keen analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights that inform business decisions. Most of the work can be performed remotely. Key Responsibilities: ? Design, manage, and maintain Google Sheets databases for organizing and reporting data. ? Utilize advanced formulas to improve and automate data processing. ? Create interactive dashboards and pivot tables for real-time reporting. ? Automate repetitive tasks using Google Apps Script and macros. ? Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and deliver actionable insights. ? Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all data and reporting systems. ? Work with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through data automation. ? Implement security protocols and manage access to protect sensitive information. ? Document workflows, automation processes, and best practices for future reference. Qualifications & Skills: ? Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including complex formulas and automation. ? Experience with workflow automation tools and techniques. ? Strong analytical and data visualization abilities (e.g., charts, pivot tables, dashboards). ? Expertise in data cleaning and transformation. ? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. ? Strong communication and documentation capabilities. Bonus Skills & Experience: ? Previous experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role. ? Familiarity with scripting languages. ? Experience integrating Google Sheets with CRM, ERP, or other business systems. ? Understanding of financial or operational reporting processes.
