eCommerce Operations Specialist - Entry level

We manufacture diamond engagement rings, wedding rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, of high quality diamond jewelry at remarkably low prices. We focus on ongoing trend to produce one of a kind piece that cannot be found from other wholesaler. We introduce hundreds of new and innovative designs of jewelry in every month. Most of our diamond jewelry products are in the micro-pave style, in which very small round diamonds are set into a design that has multiple tiny prongs perfectly formed in the prototype. Summary / Objective E-Commerce Operations Coordinator acts as a support staff for E-Commerce. This position works with the E-Commerce team to support product content and inventory management. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service & Logistics Management ? Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and Marketplace platforms (Anygold, Etsy, etc.) ? Updating order statuses and resolving shipping-related issues ? Tracking shipments and resolving issues (including communication with carriers) 2. E-commerce Platform Operations ? Updating listings on Marketplace platforms (Anygold, Etsy, etc.) (product information, images, pricing, etc.) ? Optimizing product information and maintaining listing quality ? Managing and processing orders 3. Additional Tasks & Growth Opportunities ? Assisting with video creation for social media (optional) ? Providing support for new platform management opportunities (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) ? Gaining experience and growth through various e-commerce operations Qualifications: ? Entry level to 1-2 years work experience. ? Detail oriented, excellent computer skills and some familiarity with e-commerce platforms/business. ? Strong Communication Skills ?
