Responsibilities ? Researches, writes, edits, and proofreads complex technical data for healthcare manuals, procedures, and specifications. , ? Assists in establishing style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations. , ? Interviews technical personnel and gathers information for documentation. , ? Writes and organizes online help files to support end users. , ? Creates and delivers system/software developmental documentation packages from technical project team inputs. Requirements ? More than two or three years of technical writing experience. , ? Background in communications, journalism, technical writing, or related field required. , ? General knowledge of medical insurance/healthcare field preferred. , ? Experience with desktop publishing, word processing, PowerPoint, Basic web design, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML, and other image software. , ? Strong communication skills and excellent proofreading and editing skills. Nice-to-haves ? Experience working with industry writing style such as grammar, sentence form, and structure. , ?
