Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist Department: Marketing Reports to: VP, Healthcare Marketing Effective Date: Exempt Status: Exempt Location: Remote Job Summary: KnowFully Learning Group is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives with a focus on paid search, SEO, and technical optimization. This role involves contributing to learner acquisition strategies, improving website performance, and implementing digital campaigns to enhance audience engagement. Supervisory Responsibilities: ? None. Duties/Responsibilities: ? Support the execution of SEO initiatives to meet target objectives, increase site traffic, and improve organic rankings. ? Assist with the management of paid search and display campaigns to maximize ROI. ? Collaborate on website updates and optimizations to improve use experience and conversion rates. ? Manage web content, imagery, advertisements, and updates to enhance use experience and conversion rates. ? Contribute to content creation for marketing efforts, including email, websites, and ad campaigns. ? Execute SMS campaigns and assist in managing updates to the YouTube channel and podcasts. ? Leverage AI tools and automation platforms for campaign support and process improvement. ? Collaborate with team members to execute projects within defined timelines. ? Assist with data collection and analysis to inform marketing decisions. ? Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: ? Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, and digital advertising platforms. ? Strong writing, organizational, and time management skills. ? Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines effectively. Education and Experience: ? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. ? 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO & paid search. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
