Job Title: Advisor Services Specialist Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advisor Services Specialist to join our client and play a vital role in supporting financial advisors in delivering exceptional service to their end clients. This hybrid, temporary-to-hire position, based in either Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL, focuses on providing responsive support, training, and platform guidance to advisors utilizing a financial services platform. Compensation: ? $25.00/hour Work Schedule: ? Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts during standard business hours ? Arizona candidates may be required to work until 6:00 PM or start at 7:00 AM local time ? Hybrid schedule: Work from home on Monday and Friday, onsite Tuesday through Thursday ? Training follows the same hybrid schedule Key Responsibilities of the Advisor Services Specialist: ? Provide inbound phone support to financial advisors and their staff ? Deliver administrative training and guidance on platform usability ? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently ? Partner with sales consultants to ensure high advisor satisfaction ? Take ownership of service requests and provide consistent follow-up ? Promote a client-first service approach that builds loyalty and growth ? Proactively identify and escalate service concerns to ensure timely resolution ? Contain service-related issues and provide clear communication throughout the process ? Share feedback to help improve platform functionality ? Help mitigate risk by setting accurate expectations and offering clear direction Qualifications and Skills for the Advisor Services Specialist: ? Strong customer service orientation with a desire to help others ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? High level of integrity and the ability to learn quickly ? Ability to manage risk and set clear expectations with clients ? Willingness to participate in process improvement initiatives ? Adherence to service standards and departmental procedures ?
