Nursing Assistant Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care in various settings, including assisted living facilities and hospitals. Duties include, but are not limited to: ? Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. ? Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure. ? Help patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring them safely. ? Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. ? Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas. ? Document patient care activities accurately in records. ? Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans for patients with developmental disabilities or those requiring critical care. Skills ?
