Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients. Continuously monitor and review client portfolios to identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain client satisfaction and retention. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial products and services to better serve clients. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and discuss any necessary updates or changes to their financial plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
