Client Experience Account Specialist

Leading manufacturer seeking experienced high level professional client account specialist! This individual would assist the account managers/product managers and tech support teams with providing unparalleled customer service in; order entry, expediting orders, tracking orders, processes changes and returns, monitor order status and resolve discrepancies. Experience working in Salesforce and SAP is a plus and over 2 years experience providing these services in the industrial vertical is required. Phenomenal work ethic, sense of urgency and ability to thrive under pressue. Associates degree or higher is preferred. Salary is based on experience $28 to $32 hourly and criminal background/drug screen required salary: $28 - $32 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Associate
