Call Center Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking candidates for a Call Center Customer Service Representative position with EZ Pass. Position Details: Shifts: Monday to Friday (day shift) Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay, Opportunity to apply for remote work after 90 days. Work Location: 300 East Park Drive, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17111, USA Work set-up: Onsite We are looking for individuals with at least one year of customer service experience, strong computer skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. This role involves answering incoming calls, providing account information to customers, and processing new applications and payments. Key Requirements: ? Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus) ? Computer proficiency and data entry skills ? High School Diploma or GED (verification required) ? Reliable transportation and strong attendance ?
