About the position The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain is seeking a passionate and dedicated Bartender to join our team. Our bartenders are expected to have a solid foundation in beverage preparation while also being on the lookout for new trends and local offerings that cater to our guests' evolving needs. They serve as hosts in the bar area, taking ownership of guest service and ensuring that every aspect of the bar functions flawlessly. This includes building relationships with guests and colleagues across the hotel and community to anticipate and fulfill our guests' needs effectively. Bartenders at The Ritz-Carlton are expected to be detail-oriented, ensuring that every drink served meets our high standards of quality. They must also maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. The role requires physical stamina, as bartenders will be on their feet for extended periods, performing tasks such as moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Additionally, they will engage in various physical activities, including bending, twisting, and reaching, to ensure the bar area is well-stocked and organized.
