About the position The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Internship is a paid, 10-12 week summer program designed to provide hands-on experience in retail store management, sales, and operations. Interns will gain practical insights into business-to-business and retail experiences, work closely with a Sales Representative, and complete a project addressing critical business issues. This internship aims to prepare participants for potential future roles in the Management & Sales Training Program. Responsibilities ? Gain hands-on experience in retail store management and operations. , ? Work alongside a Sales Representative to understand outside sales. , ?
