What you'll be doing… You will drive profitable growth and business innovation by applying cutting-edge machine learning techniques and AI technology. You will lead data science projects that drive product personalization, marketing effectiveness, channel optimization, better customer experience, and operation efficiency. You will work closely with a team of talented data scientists, Big Data engineers, and software developers and play a key role in developing and delivering the next generation AI/ML solutions to the business. You’ll create machine learning models to predict customer behavior and intent to support marketing campaigns for customer retention, prospect acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll then present the results to various business partners such as marketing, finance, and our customer relationship management group. • Independently working on data science projects and deliver innovative technical solutions to solve problems and improve business outcomes • Being able to complete the design and development of machine learning/deep learning models and ensure best performance • Working closely with machine learning engineers to deploy models in production both in real-time and in batch process and systematically track model performance • Assisting engagement with key business stakeholders in discussion on business strategies and opportunities • Building strong working relationships and develop deep partnerships with the business • Being a subject matter expert on machine learning and predictive modeling • Driving technical innovation through active research and applications of new theories, techniques, and technologies What we're looking for… You have strong analytical skills and are eager to work in a collaborative environment with global teams to drive ML applications in business problems, develop end-to-end analytical solutions, and communicate insights and findings to leadership. You work independently and are always willing to learn new technologies. You thrive in a dynamic environment and can interact with various partners and cross-functional teams to implement data science-driven business solutions. You'll need to have: • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. • Solid foundational quantitative knowledge and skills; extensive training in math, statistics, computer science, data science, physical science, engineering, or other related fields • Experience in practicing machine learning, deep learning, and data science in business Even better if you have one or more of the following: • A Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field • 3+ years of experience in developing models and algorithms independently, writing your own code, developing strategy for algorithmic experimentation, and deploying the model in production. • Knowledge of AI/ML models, frameworks(pytorch, tensorflow, etc.) and libraries/packages/APIs (e.g., scikit). • Experience in data management and data analysis skills. Strong expertise in SQL skills. • Hands-on computing/programming skills; proficient in Python, Pyspark, and Linux Shell script • 2+ years of experience in scaling AI in areas like personalization, Deep learning, NLP, computer vision, Generative AI, etc. • Ability to explain both the code and the underlying math used in algorithms/models. • Experience in both batch and streaming models in production.
