ShopBack is thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for university students or recent graduates to join our team as a Social Media Intern. This position not only provides a rare chance to gain practical, hands-on experience but also allows you to play a proactive role in advancing our brand-building initiatives. Note: This role is based in Austin, Texas. We're open to remote based with frequent travels to Austin, Texas. Your Adventure Ahead Develop creative and engaging social media content in line with the brand-building strategy. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices. Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of content according to the content calendar. Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with the overall social media strategy. Contribute to the development and enhancement of our brand identity on Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms. Essentials to Succeed Able to commit for 6 months, 3 to 4 days per week. Demonstrated experience in social media content creation on social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. . Ideally, familiar with tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. In-depth understanding of social media content trends, features, and user behavior. Strong creative and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Not afraid of uncharted territory; always open to exploring something new and foreign with a "can-do" attitude. Strong mindset with an appetite for testing, learning and iterating.
