About the position As a Tire & Battery Center Technician at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in providing safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will also communicate equipment and supply needs to the TBC Lead, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Your responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting members with purchasing decisions, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. Additionally, you will act as a brand ambassador, valuing the member's experience and modeling high-quality service. You will be responsible for training and mentoring new technicians, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Compliance with company policies and ethical standards is paramount, and you will be expected to adapt to changes and learn from feedback.
