Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing associates in the areas of sustainable energy and advanced automotive technology. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date. Assess training needs and create customized programs to address specific knowledge or skill gaps. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact. Mentor and coach associates to help them reach their full potential and achieve their career goals. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and new technologies to continuously enhance training programs. Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages participation and knowledge sharing. Work closely with managers and team leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training solutions. Conduct training sessions in a variety of formats, including classroom, online, and on-the-job. Serve as a brand ambassador, exemplifying Tesla's mission and values in all interactions with associates. Communicate effectively with associates at all levels to build strong relationships and ensure understanding of training objectives. Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other resources. Assist with the onboarding of new associates, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. Continuously gather feedback from associates and use it to improve training programs and processes. Embrace and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
