About the position Enverus is seeking a highly driven Senior Analyst to join our Global Intelligence team, focusing on offshore upstream oil-and-gas assets. In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes financial analysts, engineers, geologists, data scientists, and developers. Your primary responsibility will be to lead research efforts, enhance our technology platform, and engage directly with clients, institutional investors, and corporate clients. You will tackle some of the most challenging questions in the industry, providing insights that empower our customers to make informed decisions that increase profitability. As a Senior Analyst, you will build and maintain valuation models and conduct related analyses for offshore upstream assets and companies. Your ability to write actionable insights will be crucial in helping clients make better investment or development decisions. You will also present your research findings to clients and participate in industry events, showcasing your expertise and the capabilities of Enverus solutions. This position requires you to participate in conference calls and in-person meetings, where you will deliver actionable insights, leverage proprietary datasets, and demonstrate workflows using our software. You will work under limited supervision, managing project timelines and expectations while applying your broad theoretical knowledge gained through work experience and advanced education. The problems you face will often be complex, requiring prioritization and a strong understanding of oil and gas operations, particularly offshore assets. Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential, along with strong communication, presentation, leadership, and mentorship abilities. A can-do attitude and a deep sense of curiosity will serve you well in this dynamic environment. Additionally, you should be highly computer literate, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Python, and/or SQL. Requirements • 2-7 years of relevant work experience in the oil and gas industry. , • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. , • Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, specifically offshore assets. , • Excellent organizational and time management skills. , • Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and mentorship skills. , • Highly computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Python, and/or SQL. , • Understanding of the fundamentals of economic analysis and the E&P industry.
