Job Description: Filos Health is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will play a crucial role in collecting blood samples from patients at their preferred locations. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities: • Travel to various locations to perform phlebotomy procedures on patients. • Prepare patient paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurately completed. • Gather the appropriate tubes and supplies for blood draws. • Perform blood draws with precision and care, ensuring patient comfort and safety. • Centrifuge blood samples as required. • Prepare and send samples to the predefined courier. • Use pre-defined software to schedule and manage appointments. • Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions and procedures. • Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to prevent contamination and infection. • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address any concerns or questions they may have. Administrative Responsibilities: • Prepare and manage inventory, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked. • Request additional inventory as needed. • Perform bookkeeping and scheduling tasks. • Manage and coordinate with other phlebotomists. • Handle any additional office work as required. • Lead the phlebotomist in DFW and surrounding areas. Requirements: • Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent certification. • Proven experience as a phlebotomist. • Ability to travel extensively within the service area. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Familiarity with health and safety standards in a healthcare setting. • Must have a mobile centrifugation. • Vaccination/Immunization record • Driving License and Car insurance with minimum liability as per state of Texas How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience to [email protected] Filos Health is an equal-opportunity employer.
