Delivery/Engagement Manager

Job Description

Delivery/Engagement Manager, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (100% telecommuting permitted): Perform client implementation projects and conduct implementation workshops. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with the sales lead. Establish project scope and timelines. Develop project-specific data management plans that address areas such as coding, reporting, or transfer of data, and workflow processes. Monitor work productivity or quality to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Identify and address delivery risks and related mitigations. Prepare data analysis listings and activity, performance, or progress reports. Analyze PM/EMR/claims data according to established processes using appropriate statistical tools. Evaluate processes and technologies, and suggest revisions to increase productivity and efficiency. Utilize Electronic Health/Medical Records (EHR/EMR), Claims submissions, Clinical Workflow Analysis, Clinical Interpretation of Diagnostic and Imaging Studies, Data/Database/Statistical analytics technologies, Clinical Interpretation of National Oncologies, and Consulting Services for clients with extensive skills and understanding of Center for Medicaid & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS)/National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) submission/reporting tools. Required: Master’s of Science degree or equivalent (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master’s degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Team Lead, Content Development, Clinical Informatics; Research Associate, or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing EHR/EMR, Claims submissions, Clinical Workflow Analysis, Clinical Interpretation of Diagnostic and Imaging Studies, Data/Database/Statistical analytics technologies, Clinical Interpretation of National Oncologies, and Consulting Services for clients with extensive skills and understanding of CMS and HEDIS/NCQA submission/reporting tools.
