Website Support Technician

Description The Test and Training Enabling Architecture (TENA) program at Leidos is looking to add a Website Support Technician to our team. Our mission is to develop tools for the United States Department of Defense test and training communities, to increase the speed of the development cycle, to get capabilities to the warfighter more rapidly. The Website Support Technician will work within a team of engineers, developers and system administrators adding new capabilities to our enclaves, as well as ensuring the existing systems are secure and performing as intended. This position is located in Alexandria, VA and does require the ability to work on site weekly but you will also have the opportunity to work remote 2-3 days a week as well. Primary Responsibilities: • Provide support for website services, including troubleshooting and triage, handling service requests • Create, update, and maintain user documentation • Research, investigate, evaluate, and document new services, existing service upgrades Basic Qualifications: • US Citizen and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required • 2+ years of experience and a Bachelors degree. Additional experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. • 2+ years in providing customer support via email and web-based systems • Experience with using Jira, Confluence • Experience with SSH Preferred Qualifications: • 2+ years programming experience with Python, Java • 2+ years with using *nix-based operating systems • Experience with using/administering Artifactory • Experience with using/administering Bitbucket • Experience with using/administering Confluence • Experience with using/administering Jira Original Posting: March 20, 2025 For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.
