Maintenance Representative

As a trusted member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our store's facilities and equipment. Conduct regular inspections of the store's facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs or potential issues. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and repairing minor equipment malfunctions. Respond to maintenance requests from store managers and employees in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and diagnose more complex maintenance problems, and develop effective solutions to resolve them. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks and repairs performed. Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Collaborate with other members of the maintenance team to complete larger projects and repairs. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when working on maintenance tasks. Communicate any potential safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies in the maintenance field. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the store's maintenance processes and procedures. Provide excellent customer service to store employees and customers when working on maintenance tasks. Adhere to all company policies and procedures while performing maintenance duties. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Assist with training new maintenance team members as needed.
