Your Role And Responsibilities This opportunity is for a software engineer, back-end and / or full stack developer on the Power Hybrid Cloud development team to deliver new features, improvements and business value to the Power Hybrid Cloud Offerings such as Power Virtual Server. This role requires strong technical and problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate with cross functional and cross geographical teams, and knowledge of cloud technologies. The ideal candidate for this position will have background in software development, agile methodologies and DevOps practices, be motivated to acquire new skills and achieve results in a fast-paced environment and be client-focused and passionate about new technology. The candidate should be interested in Cloud Engineering and its impact on greater business practices. Preferred Education Bachelor's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise • 3+ years experience in developing software. • Strong experience in developing software using Python or golang. • Experience with open-source technology and systems engineering. • Experience with Linux/UNIX • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of Cloud DevOps tools: Git, Jenkins Preferred Technical And Professional Experience • 2+ years experience in a Cloud Engineer role or related position. • 2+ years experience in JSON, Web Services and Components • 3+ years experience in web development technologies such as: HTML4/5, CSS2/3, JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, NodeJS; Redux with GraphQL on server side; RESTful Applications Apply Job!
