About the position The Quality Analyst position at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of written documents, managing information exchange among employees, and maintaining high standards of guest service. The role requires proficiency in using office equipment and computer databases, as well as a commitment to organizational efficiency and quality standards. Responsibilities • Transmit information or documents using a computer. , • Prepare and review written documents including proofreading and editing for accuracy. , • Exchange information with other employees using electronic devices. , • Enter and retrieve information in computer databases to update records and answer inquiries. , • Operate standard office equipment other than computers. , • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance. , • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. , • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. , • Anticipate and address guests' service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities. , • Speak with others using clear and professional language. , • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. , • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. , • Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. , • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. , • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Requirements • Proficiency in using computers and standard office equipment. , • Strong written and verbal communication skills. , • Ability to proofread and edit documents for accuracy. , • Experience in managing information exchange using electronic devices. , • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets. , • Ability to develop positive working relationships with team members and guests.
