About the position The Quality Analyst position at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of written documents, managing information exchange among employees, and maintaining high standards of guest service. Responsibilities • Transmit information or documents using a computer. , • Prepare and review written documents including proofreading and editing for accuracy. , • Exchange information with other employees using electronic devices. , • Enter and retrieve information in computer databases to update records and answer inquiries. , • Operate standard office equipment other than computers. , • Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance. , • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets. , • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. , • Anticipate and address guests' service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities. , • Speak with others using clear and professional language. , • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. , • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. , • Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. , • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. , • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Requirements • Proficiency in using computers and standard office equipment. , • Strong written and verbal communication skills. , • Ability to proofread and edit documents for accuracy. , • Experience in managing information exchange using electronic devices. , • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets. , • Ability to develop positive working relationships with team members and guests. Nice-to-haves • Experience in a hospitality environment. , • Familiarity with database management systems. , • Knowledge of quality assurance practices.
