Job Details This position offers a competitive salary starting at $68,400.91, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction trades, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities Teach and mentor students in an applied learning environment, using a variety of teaching methods to engage diverse learning styles Develop and implement curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of students and aligns with industry standards Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with college policies and procedures Qualifications Verifiable work experience in building construction trades Proficiency in blueprint reading, specifications, and construction contracts Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems Residential and commercial interior and exterior finish materials and applications Preferred Qualifications Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word software OSHA Trainer Certification or NCCER Core, Carpentry, Site Survey, or Project Management certifications
