Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care and support. Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a valid LVN/LPN license and be able to work the 3-11 shift with alternating weekends and holidays. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
