About the position As an Associate Banker in Branch Banking, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships with clients. You will engage with clients, assist with transactions, and promote the use of technology to enhance their banking experience. Responsibilities • Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and managing lobby traffic. , • Helps clients with everyday transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and updating their information. , • Educates clients on using technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs. , • Assists with new account openings when needed. , • Performs branch operations, including managing cash devices while adhering to bank policies. Requirements • 6+ months of customer service experience. , • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
