About the position The General Utility Worker I at Aramark plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment in food and beverage operations. This position involves various back of the house and front of house responsibilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while supporting kitchen staff and service areas. Responsibilities Monitor and record food and equipment temperature. , Maintain a clean and safe working environment including pot/dish wash and deep clean duties. , Attend in-house training sessions. , Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations always. , Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the companys health and safety policy. , Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to. , Assist chefs with the checking in of food deliveries, ensuring that only the highest standards of produce are accepted. , Ensure that all food storage aligns with food hygiene regulations and that stock rotation systems are being followed. , Perform cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture. , Prepare service areas and/or service points. , Accurately store food items and equipment after service.
