Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Level Objectives (SLO) and IT Service Management (ITSM), with at least one year of hands-on experience in SLO. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Implement and manage Service Level Objectives (SLO) within the ServiceNow platform. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process. Qualifications: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. Hands-on experience with Service Level Objectives (SLO) for at least 1 year. Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM). Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
