Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This key role will serve as the central point of contact for customer inquiries, sales support, and order coordination. The CSR will interact with customers via phone, email, and in person to ensure an exceptional customer experience from order placement to completion. The ideal candidate will be solutions-driven, highly intuitive, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding service to both customers and internal teams.
