Responsibilities • Engage with customers via online chat to provide timely assistance and resolve inquiries. • Analyze customer issues to identify solutions and provide accurate information. • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers. • Document customer interactions accurately in our database for future reference. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the customer experience. • Handle outbound calling when necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or issues. • Assist with data entry tasks as needed to ensure accurate record-keeping. • Provide support for cash handling processes when applicable. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and using chat support software. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus. • Ability to analyze problems effectively and provide appropriate solutions. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer support. • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
