Citizens First Bank is seeking a Technology Applications Officer to join the Information Technology Department! The Technology Applications Officer leads the strategy and operations for the identification, development, implementation, management, and support of enterprise applications. This position leads technology planning efforts to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment and management of current and future application technologies For more information - including essential duties and responsibilities - please see the attached Job Description. Minimum: Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related studies and 1-3 years of experience in Technology Applications or 5 years of experience in a financial or technology environment with experience related to the introduction of new technology. • Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with external and internal customers, as well as senior management • Experience managing small to medium size teams with diverse backgrounds and skillsets, but all aligned for a common purpose • Comfortable and effective in eliminating barriers and working across organizational and functional boundaries to achieve corporate objectives • Experience managing key vendor relationships • Ability to communicate ideas effectively in technical and non-technical terms • Excellent written and verbal skills, as well as ability to present effectively • Ability to prioritize requests and negotiate timeframes for deliverables from different stakeholders • Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in adaptive leadership and change management principles • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT projects on time, delivering expected business results • Experience working with detailed technical information and systems • Problem solving and root cause identification skills and creative thinking • Strong PC skill with experience in MS Office Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in loan servicing platforms (FIS Horizon a plus) Citizens First Bank is committed to provide equal employment opportunity to all persons regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, genetic information, marital status, protected veteran status or disability.
