About the role Were looking for a Claim Adjuster who is excited about a unique opportunity to help build modern commercial insurance from the ground up! In this role, you will play a critical role in driving Nirvanas world class claims organization by auditing and driving claim success through a third party claims administrator. What youll do Continuously exhibit and uphold the core values of Nirvana Review coverage and damage analysis completed by the TPA Review and provide input, as needed, on liability decisions and recovery opportunities Collaborate with the Director of Claims on severity losses, reserve adjustments and claim evaluations Provide recommendations on settlement negotiations and litigation management Utilize data available to drive focus on claim trends Collaborate effectively across all lines of business Handle special projects or additional duties assigned related to your role as an individual contributor of the claims organization About you 4+ years of experience in claim adjudication with a strong preference for experience in commercial auto and/or transportation Active adjusters license in home or designated home state Clear track record of over-achieving targets Strong communication skills, both written and oral Bias-to-action - youre not afraid to get your hands dirty and stretch yourself Owner mentality - take accountability for your actions and results Prior experience in a fast paced, high growth environment Ability to successfully navigate in areas of gray Strong collaborator with team members based across the country and the world College degree or equivalent experience Benefits Competitive salary Medical, dental & vision insurance 401k with company match Unlimited PTO Work from home friendly #LI-Remote Apply Job!
