Data Analyst

At BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate should have a passion for utilizing data to solve problems, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. The Data Analyst will be an important part of our team, leading the way in data-driven decision making.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in data analysis, and a strong understanding of data visualization, analysis, and modeling tools. The candidate must have excellent problem solving and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or SQL. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, mathematics, or statistics) is preferred, but not required. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of data science concepts and an ability to think critically when approaching data-related problems.
