Part Time Licensed Customer Service Representative

Must have current Insurance License either P&C or Personal Lines Insurance License in order to apply! Looking for someone to start at 8:30am Eastern Standard Time to help with phones, end time is flexible. Responsibilities • Review current policies • Make policy changes • Explain premium changes • Take Payments • Create Life Insurance appointments • Cross Sell items to bundle up monoline policies. • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets • Provide a positive customer experience Job Qualifications • Must have Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance license • Strong interest in helping people. • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits may include: • Ongoing training • Base plus commission plan • Positive work environment • Advancement opportunities Disclosure: Each agency is different in how their staff, book of business, sales process, and compensation is structured.
