Investment Banking Partner: Angel-Stage Raise for PE-Focused Advisory Startup

This is a remote position. Synergy Management Group (SMG) is seeking an experienced, SEC/FINRA-licensed investment banker to lead our $500K–$1M angel-stage capital raise. We are replacing a previously received unsolicited $500K SAFE term sheet submitted by an accredited investor who completed full due diligence. This is a fast-moving, validated raise ideal for a top-tier fundraiser with strong HNW relationships and immediate availability. Responsibilities: • Lead investor outreach, capital raise execution, and closing • Target accredited angel investors and negotiate deal terms • Work directly with the CEO to manage full fundraising lifecycle • Replace the unsolicited term sheet with a more strategically aligned investor Requirements: • Active SEC/FINRA licenses in good standing • Proven track record raising $500K–$5M+ for early-stage ventures • Extensive HNW investor network and fast execution capability • Highly responsive, precise, and entrepreneurial mindset Compensation: Success-fee only, with potential equity participation tied to performance milestones. No retainers or upfront cash compensation.
